How do sizes run and how do they fit?
- All information regarding sizing, measurements, fit, etc. can be found in the products description underneath each product. If you have further questions, you can DM us on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. You can also email us @ cacouture.az@gmail.com
How long does it take for me to get my order?
- All orders are packed and shipped by 1 - 5 business days. Shipping time for US orders typically takes between 7-10 business days from the time sent from the warehouse.
What is the return policy and how do I begin the process of a return?
At Carri Ann Couture, we understand shopping online can be tricky. We offer a simple solution if you decide your order is not perfect.
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at cacouture.az@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund policy – Carri Ann Couture
Do you have a storefront?- No, we are an online only boutique. However, we DO have a goal to eventually open a local storefront out of Arizona! Y'all will be the first to know when that happens stay tuned on social media and email blasts.
How often are items restocked?
- Short answer is that our best sellers are restocked weekly. However, shipping time frames make it difficult to provide a specific date of restock. We do offer email notifications when your favorite items return. For each item you wish to be notified about, select your size and enter your email address to be notified when the item has been restocked. We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale.
