Please keep in mind orders returned without meeting the criteria are subjected to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

RETURNS

• We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at cacouture.az@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 REFUNDS

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus original shipping cost as well as 20% restocking fee, if applicable.

 *Please note: This can take a few days depending on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund due to their policies and procedures.*

 SHIPPING

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. (ALL THESE SALES ARE FINAL)
